We can provide 'desk top reviews' based on information provided by the operator, enabling us to advise on overall risk levels (on a qualitative basis) and required areas of focus for your operations.
This service can be extended to a full 'offshore review'. This is aimed at raising risk awareness (but is focused at identifying asset specific risks) and development of risk management strategies.

| Objective | Provide a detailed written assessment of current or planned transfer operations. Assist operators in developing lift plans. |
| Course Content | Desk or site based evaluation of operational data (provided by operator) with recommended risk reduction measures. Scope includes installation layout, cranes, local metocean conditions, company procedures, risk assessments, specific lifting strategies and crew competence. Relevant and local legislation and regulations will be highlighted and recommended practices to adhere to them will be provided. A more in-depth review can be provided with an offshore visit. No of days TBC against agreed workscope. |
